We invest in agri-infrastructure projects to support smallholder farmers and SMEs agribusiness. Our agriculture sector focus is driven by rapid urbanisation, expanding consumption bases, and the imperative to modernise supply chains, which together fuel immense demand for efficient food production, processing and storage infrastructure, and robust distribution networks connecting from farms to the markets.
Furthermore, industrial and logistics infrastructure are equally vital for industrialisation and connectivity, fundamentally underpinning the economic growth and the efficient movement of goods. Our investments in greenfield projects can help small and medium sized companies have access to the properties without requiring large sums of initial capital expenditure, which allows them to concentrate on their operations.
